The Southwest Florida Free Pain Clinic welcomes you to come and see how we can help you with your pain. Our Clinic is open every Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The clinic is located at 6831 Palisades Park Court, Unit 3, Fort Myers 33912. You can call 239-308-7107 for more information or to ask questions not answered on our website. We are a member of the Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics and we work with the Florida Department of Health Volunteer Health Services Program.
Come In & Be Cared For
To be eligible for our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, have no health insurance, and have income at or less than 200% of the federal poverty level. A financial screening will be completed upon arrival at our clinic for your first visit and periodically thereafter.
You will then have to sign a form from the Florida Dept of Health granting the clinic and its providers Sovereign Immunity, meaning the clinic and its volunteers are released from any liability and can’t be sued for the free care they are providing to you.
Patients are seen without regard to gender, marital or citizenship status, religion, or physical or mental ability. We see patients from all faiths and even those who choose to have none. We pray that during your time with us, you will choose to explore a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, but that is certainly not required for us to help you with your pain issues. Hopefully, you will see something different in us that will be attractive and cause you to ask us questions about why we believe in, follow, and serve Jesus Christ. We will be happy to answer your questions.
We offer to pray with every patient. It is your choice whether to participate. We believe prayer is powerful, is integral to what we do, and unlocks the healing that God wants to provide our patients. Your participation in prayer is not required for your treatment with us, but we hope that you will consider letting us pray with you.
All care at our clinic is provided on a first come basis. Sorry, we cannot make appointments.
A photo I.D. and Social Security number is required. If you don’t have a Social Security number, you will need to bring some form of documentation of citizenship or immigration status.
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing. It is suggested that each patient bring a pair of shorts and sneakers for therapy sessions.
