Caring for the Body, Mind, & Spirit
Patient Information
At Christian Medical Ministries, we are honored to serve individuals and families who are navigating chronic illness, especially conditions related to mold and environmental toxin exposure.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about eligibility, scheduling, and preparing for your visit.

Eligibility Requirements
Christian Medical Ministries operates as a Sovereign Immunity Clinic under the Florida Department of Health. To qualify for care, patients must meet the following criteria:
-
Insurance Status:
You must be uninsured, or have Medicaid, Medicare, or VA coverage and unable to receive the specialized services we provide.
-
Income Guidelines:
Your household income must be at or below 300% of the federal poverty level. We will assist you in determining your eligibility during your intake.
-
Identification:
Please bring a Florida photo ID (or other proof of residency in the state of FL). You do not need to be a U.S. citizen to receive care; however, we do require proof of Florida residency on file for each patient.
-
Age:
We have no age limit and are happy to care for entire families affected by environmental illness.
Your financial screening and paperwork will be completed with a Department of Health-certified Eligibility Specialist by phone or email before your appointment.
