Important Patient Care Update
We would like to provide an important update regarding changes to our clinical team and patient care services.
Dr. Gruning will be temporarily away from the office for a personal matter. During this time, he will not be available for clinical direction, questions, lab review, prescription management, or other provider-related matters. He expects to return to patient care in a few weeks.
Additionally, Sara Doyon, our Nurse Practitioner, will be leaving CMM. We are so grateful for the care and support she has provided our patients and wish her all the best in this next chapter!
As we navigate these changes, CMM is taking this opportunity to evaluate and develop a new model of care that will best serve our patients and align with the mission and resources of our ministry.
We want to reassure you that CMM is not closing! We remain committed to our mission of serving patients with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) and are actively working through this transition to determine the best way to continue supporting our patients.
Additional information about our new model of care will be shared as plans are finalized.
CIRS Coaching During This Interim Period
CIRS coaching support will be available through CMM, providing education, support, and guidance within the scope of CIRS coaching. Established patients interested in scheduling a coaching appointment may contact our office at (239) 201-7877 for more information.
Please understand that CIRS coaching does not replace medical care or clinical provider services. Patients who need medical care should contact their primary care provider (PCP) or another appropriate healthcare professional. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department.
CMM staff will continue to be available for administrative needs and day-to-day operations as we work through this transition.
